Terms of Service

The service

VoceStudio lets you upload or import recordings of singing and voice lessons, then transcribes and organizes them into a review of what your teacher covered. Your recordings are stored in your connected Google Drive, so a Google Drive connection is required to add lessons. The service is currently invite-only and offered as-is while in early access; features may change.

Your account

You sign in with one-time links sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure, and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use VoceStudio.

Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and other content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content, and to create files in your Google Drive on your behalf, in order to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any recording — including the consent of others who appear in it, such as your teacher. We recommend letting your teacher know their voice will be transcribed and processed by the providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VoceStudio to:

• upload content you do not have the right to share;
• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

Usage limits

Accounts include a monthly processing quota measured in minutes of audio. Only successfully processed lessons count against your quota; failed jobs do not.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep VoceStudio available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

VoceStudio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Transcriptions and topic breakdowns are generated automatically and may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using VoceStudio at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing jute@vocestudio.app.
